Wonderful tonight – Clapton -Tuesday Tunes
I wanted to see Clapton. I tried to get tickets but couldn’t. They were all gone.
This was a few years ago when he came to the Gwinnett Arena. I figured it was my best shot at seeing him but it seemed fate would not have it. Then it changed.
Rob, my lender at the time came in my office and said “I have two tickets for you to see Clapton, in our box. Do you want them?”. I felt like I had won something but it was a thoughtful gift from a friend.
Maybe that is winning something. Having a friend give you a gift is truly winning. Anyway, that is what this song brought to mind. I hope you enjoy it.
